SALES MANAGER
The Sales Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Sales on all aspects of account management to increase profitability and maximize results.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work directly with the VP of Sales on account strategy and execution, delivery of sales goals, and post-mortem analysis
- Oversee all aspects of account management, including brand strategy, pricing models and inventory management
- Develop and execute three-year financial plans, including pricing and seasonal strategies, by account
- Responsible for organizing all market appointments, client trips, and presentation preparation
- Partner with the VP of Sales to provide updated data for all corporate licensing meetings
- Manage monthly sales performance by account (including sales booked and shipped) to ensure goals are being met and provide competitive market analysis by category
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to position brand properly from an in-store perspective
- Work cross-functionally with Planning, Brand Management and Sales teams on account analysis to optimize results
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of Five Years’ Experience
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 40%)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to understand and explain the brand’s needs
